Simone Biles won her 20th gold medal in the World Championships when Team USA captured its seventh successive world title on the night of October 4 in Antwerp Belgium. With 33 medals she has the highest number of medals in the history of gymnastics. That is not just the Olympics. Biles completed a very difficult vault just a few days earlier it, something that no female gymnast had ever attempted on a stage in international competition. This skill was originally known by the Yurchenko Double Pike Vault, has changed its name to Biles II. In the final of her all-around competition, which will take place on the 6th October, the record-breaking gymnast will be competing in her very first international meet after 2021.
